Eastern Los Angeles Family Resource Center’s (ELAFRC) leadership is committed to the success of ELAFRC`s mission. Leadership is responsible for advocacy, strategic planning, funding opportunities, and assessment of agency performance in pursuit of achieving its mission. Leadership is deeply devoted to providing continuing guidance to insure the highest quality service to individuals and families.
